GCP synthesis workshop

A three day long workshop was organized in order to draw lessons learnt from GCP-enterprise based biodiversity conservation project, the five years project implemented by ANSAB and Enterprise Works Worldwide. The workshop congregated all ANSAB program staff, GCP field staff, Darchula field team, and local partner NGOs representatives.
The workshop made a field situation analysis accompanied by the success that ANSAB made through its approach and working model. An indicator was developed for the evaluation of the success of ANSAB's approach, indicators were fixed on the basis of sustainable biodiversity conservation, production increase and equitable benefit sharing and before and after the implementation of the ANSAB's projects.
