ANSAB partners with a leading pharmaceutical company in Papua New Guinea

ANSAB and City Pharmacy Limited (CPL) Group, a leading pharmaceutical company in Papua New Guinea (PNG) developed a partnership for a fact finding mission to initiate pilot projects within local communities to conserve forest resources and maintain ecosystem services in PNG.

Executive Director, Bhishma Subedi and Pro-Poor Economic Development Program Manager, Sushil Gyawali discussed with the CPL chairman Mahesh Patel on how ANSAB could help PNG at the grassroots level with the natural resources they had.  ANSAB will provide its expertise to CPL to identify enterprise options for communities and design interventions for community enterprises development and environmental conservation in its pilot projects in PNG. According the partnership, ANSAB will also be providing assistance to CPL to find markets for the finished products.
