The proposed bmf program intends to continue and advance the initiatives started in year 2013 on designing and developing an effective ECA system contributing to the overall goal of the “Center of Excellence”. The focus will be on the following two specific objectives:
- To develop an agribusiness model that works in partnership with community groups and the private sector, and is able to produce desirable economic, social and environmental outcomes;
- To document the knowledge gained, and influence the national policy reform and program development that benefit farmers and environment.
